3、Main functions of the product

3.1Metering function

       The water meter can measure unidirectional and non pulse water flow.

3.2Set function

       The PC can be used to set the meter number, read and write the amount of water meter through RS232 communication, and the baud rate is 2400bps.

3.3Anti damage self-protection function

      When the water meter encounters magnetic interference, the water meter automatically closes the valve. At the same time, the water meter records the magnetic interference information. When the magnetic interference disappears, the valve automatically opens and updates the magnetic interference information.

3.4Battery undervoltage reminder function

   The water meter supports two-level bottom voltage alarm. When the first level voltage is used, the user is reminded to contact the management department to replace the battery. The battery can be used for three days and the valve is locked after three days. The data in the table is stored in real time, and the battery replacement will not damage the data in the table.

3.5Water consumption display

   The error rate reading of electronic and mechanical parts is less than 1 / 10000 without changing the mechanical measurement display part. The electronic part does not hinder the reading of the mechanical device, and does not affect the verification of the water meter.

3.6The water meter collector uses GSM network and covers a wide range

  Using mobile network, in the coverage of wireless GSM / GPRS network, where the GPRS signal is poor, there are mobile signal amplification devices, which can solve the problem of signal difference, and can realize monitoring. It is easy to install, just like the common base meter, without changing the existing water meter installation habits.

3.7Freely define the number and time of data transmission

5、Storage and transportation precautions

  5.1Stored Environment

     5.1.1 The transportation, packaging and storage of water meter shall conform to zby002-81 and GB / t15464-1995 general technical conditions for instrument packaging

     5.1.2 The water meter shall be stored in the original package in a clean environment, with the ambient temperature of 26 ℃ to 35 ℃ and the relative humidity of no more than 85%. There is no corrosive gas or mould in the air.

     5.2 Transportation requirements

     5.2.1During transportation, the packaging environment shall be free from severe vibration and impact.

     5.2.2 Stacking of outer boxes shall not exceed 5 layers


6、Precautions for unpacking inspection

6.1When unpacking, do not use the water meter and contact the supplier as soon as possible if the water meter is severely impacted or the shell is obviously damaged due to falling from height.

6.2After the water meter is unpacked, if it is not installed and used in a short period of time, it shall be packed and put back into the original packing box for collection. If it is rainy season, moisture-proof measures shall be taken in time.


7、Precautions for installation and use

   7.1install

  7.1.1Before installing the remote wireless valve control water meter, first read and record the meter address to ensure that the electronic code in the meter is consistent with the serial number of the dial.

   7.1.2 The installation of remote wireless valve control water meter must conform to GB/ T778.2 Installation requirements.

7.1.3The caliber of the remote wireless valve control water meter shall be determined according to the caliber of the installed pipeline and the commonly used flow less than or close to the commonly used flow of the remote wireless valve control water meter. The installation position shall avoid exposure, flooding, freezing and pollution, and shall be convenient for disassembly and reading.

7.1.4The remote wireless valve control water meter must be installed horizontally, with the water flow direction consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow and the reading dial of the meter head facing up.

7.1.5Before installing a new remote wireless valve control water meter, the sundries such as sand, hemp and so on in the pipeline shall be removed first to avoid water meter failure.

7.1.6If the water meter is installed at the water inlet end of the boiler, it is better to install a check valve at the outlet of the water meter to prevent the internal parts of the water meter from being damaged due to the backflow of hot water and steam from the boiler.

7.1.7Put the meter connector into the connector nut and install it on the pipeline, and then twist the connector nut to install the remote wireless valve control water meter on the pipeline. Keep the reading plate of the remote wireless valve control water meter level up. When the water meter is connected with the pipeline, it should not be subjected to large bending force to avoid damaging the remote wireless valve control water meter interface.

 7.2Precautions for use

  7.2.1Regularly check the operation of remote wireless valve control water meter, and pay attention to antifreeze in winter.

  7.2.2The installation position shall avoid exposure to the sun, freezing, pollution, dampness and flooding, so as to facilitate disassembly and meter reading. During the freezing period, in addition to binding the water meter and water pipe, it is not necessary to close the valve at the water inlet end of the water meter, and open the drain valve and faucet at the water outlet end, so as to prevent the meter from damage due to freezing expansion.
