1. Overview  


Ddsy6607 WiFi remote single-phase prepayment watt hour meter is manufactured by advanced special integrated circuit design and automatic surface mount (SMT) production process. The circuit design and component selection of the electric energy meter are based on the large environmental tolerance, which can ensure the long-term stable operation of the whole machine, high accuracy, high overload, low power consumption and high reliability. Advanced smart IC card technology in line with international standards is adopted to realize prepaid mode, with built-in magnetic holding relay. Through the control relay to control the on and off of the load, to achieve the function of urging users to buy electricity first and then use electricity.


Main features: application of computer management, first power purchase and then power use; maximum power use can be limited within the rated current range (limited by the power supply department); short message notification or automatic power-off alarm user power purchase; when the power is zero, automatic switch off; and a certain anti stealing software design.

Product complies with GB/ T17215.321 -2008 class 1 and 2 static AC active energy meters and GB / T eighteen thousand four hundred and sixty point three -2001 "IC card prepaid electricity selling system Part 3: prepaid electricity meter" all technical requirements. This instrument complies with GB / T seventeen thousand two hundred and fifteen point three two one -2008 and 485 communication DL / T 645-1997 / 2007 standard. It has 485 infrared communication, remote switch on and off power transmission, remote recharge, remote meter reading, no need to connect, the meter can be remotely controlled with WiFi installed.


2. How it works


1. Working principle diagram

The voltage sampling signal is obtained by the voltage divider, the current sampling signal is obtained by the diverter, the voltage current product signal is obtained by the multiplier, and then a count pulse whose frequency is proportional to the voltage current product is generated by the frequency conversion. The step motor is driven to measure the electricity through the frequency division.






The power metering pulse is sent to the CPU for processing by the photoelectric coupler, and stored in the memory after calculation. The computer management information system, through the IC card reader and writer, writes a certain amount of electricity and the IC card required for monitoring into the microprocessor system in the table. After the CPU operation, it provides the display and alarm status signals.
